Tony Adsley

Mr. Adsley has over 40 years experience in service, distribution, and manufacturing disciplines. This includes 19 years with Fortune 100 Companies - Boeing, Weyerhauser, and Xerox, plus 24 years as an entrepreneur. Mr. Adsley is currently Chairman and Founder of Aerospace Equities, a mergers and acquisitions firm since 1988 that specifically focuses on  aerospace industry transactions. Mr. Adsley holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Sales Management and Marketing from Washington State University. His graduate degree is from the University of Experience and Hard Knocks. 

Mr. Adsley, a results-oriented individual, is successful in achieving desired results by focusing on people. His objective is to engage in business transactions with win-win individuals and companies interested in utilizing Aerospace Equities as a full service intermediary to locate, qualify, and negotiate successful acquisitions and divestitures on a continuing basis.

 

Kyle Barker

Mr. Barker is the President of Aerospace Equities.  He specializes in aerospace and defense mergers and acquisitions and has spent his entire business career in the aerospace industry.  Among his completed A&D transactions, Mr. Barker most recently represented Aviation Avionics and Instrument Corp on its sale to Sunvair, Inc and Graham Partners in its acquisition of Desser Tire and Rubber, Aero Wheel and Brake and Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics.   

Mr. Barker’s prior work experience included executive responsibility for several start-up programs including the Bombardier Challenger 300 and the Dassault FalconJet 7X programs while serving as Director of Programs for DeCrane Aircraft Holdings. He has held positions with Dassault FalconJet, Sky Tech, and AIR. His prior engagements put him into the new business development role with multiple completion centers and OEMs worldwide.

Following graduation from the University of Texas, Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Mr. Barker established AeroNautique Aircraft Design and Analysis in the late 90’s.

Mr. Barker was introduced to the firm and Tony Adsley in 1997 and became formally associated with Aerospace Equities shortly thereafter.
